Finca Un Regalo de Dios, located in the highlands of Mozonte, Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, sits between 1,350 and 1,800 meters above sea level in a cool, cloud-forest microclimate. With rich sandy soils and ideal rainfall, the farm produces exceptional coffees from varietals like Pacamara, Maracaturra, Catuai and Bourbon. Owned by Luis Alberto Balladarez, the farm is known for its
meticulous cultivation and slow drying methods, resulting in complex, award-winning flavor profiles.

PROCESSING
Ripe cherries sorted to remove defects. Selected cherries are dried on raised beds allowing for even air circulation and drying.
